We get asked all the time about which type of extension is best. Get it right and not only do you end up with a hugely desirable living space but you also add substantial value to your property. For example, a badly designed extension will add very little to the value of your home whereas a modern well extended living space can add as much as 15% / 20% to the value of your property.
In other words, it pays dividends to work with professional designers who will look at all the options before coming up with the best solutions for extending your home.
